For the next 8 years he was a project manager and then graduated to the position of head estimator, preparing bids on various construction projects, collectively totaling over 500 million dollars. Kevin then left Architecture for his other interest, the construction process itself, and joined a very reputable construction company in New Canaan, CT. After graduating from City College he spent 4 years running a small architecture firm in Westchester, NY specializing in high end- custom residential work. Kevin began with a hand’s on approach to design, working as a laborer, carpenter, cabinetmaker and owner of a small construction company throughout high school and college. He received his graduate degree in Architecture from the City College of NY. Kevin was born and raised in Westchester, NY and now lives in the antique home he restored by hand.
